Pravin has a wealth of experience as an expert in contractual leadership. Providing cost and contractual advice during pre-contract and post contract stages and a commitment to to ensure best value for all parties, always with a focus on efficiency and integrity.

Bringing a wealth of experience across an extensive and diverse range of projects, from large-scale developments to bespoke luxury residencies, Bob has a commitment to meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction whilst delivering high-quality results efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Bob ensures that every project runs smoothly by overseeing contracts, managing budgets, and co-ordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

My role as a Quantity Surveyor requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a strategic mindset. By effectively managing project costs, mitigating risks, and developing collaborations, I plays a necessary role in bringing construction projects from conception to successful realization.

With a background in people management across several different sectors, Alison coordinates a range of processes and systems, including discovering great skilled people and fulfilling our commitment to training and developing tradespeople through the Apprenticeship route.
