No.1 THE VISIT
We offer an initial free consultation at the property to discuss all requirements. This way we get a better feel and understanding of each client's vision that they have for their home.
No.2 THE WORKS
As every project varies in size and complexity we will offer a fixed fee project that will be tailored to clients' individual requirements. This will include, floor plans, mood boards, sourcing of all furniture, fabrics, fittings and accessories, procurement and styling.
No.3 THE CONCEPT
At this stage of the design concept, we like to prepare a variety of visual content for our clients to discover what the main focus should be. Including floor plans for furniture placement, inspirational mood and material boards, furniture selections and colour palettes and tones to identify which paints, materials and fabrics to highlight the tactile and softer elements of the design scheme.
No.4 THE DESIGN
Each room will be finalised and put together with a curated collection of samples, and a personal linked shopping list and reference boards for your project that reflects your unique personality, lifestyle and needs. This will also include detailed specifications, such as bespoke furniture and joinery designs from the London House Joinery team. Alongside floor finishes, ceiling finishes, bathroom design, sanitary ware, window treatments, joinery, lighting, ironmongery among other finishes.
Working hand in hand with the London House build team will provide a well communicated and clear timeline plan, ensuring that each aspect of the project works like clockwork.
No.5 THE PURCHASING & INSTALLATION
At this stage there are often many elements to the design that need to be co-ordinated at a detailed level. The team takes responsibility for procurement, so that orders and deliveries are programmed to arrive at the required time. This is a critical element of the project and has to be handled with expertise and care. We will negotiate the most competitive prices and trade discounts, always giving you the best offers available to us.
With the final stages approaching we will continue to update orders, keeping close contact with suppliers, organise any supplier visits to site and making sure deliveries are on time, and always being present at the final stages of any installations. Throughout this stage the client will be kept informed of all progress.
Finally we will install and dress the property, styling your space with the finishing touches and advice on where to place lamps, hang artwork, mirrors and place furniture all to bring your room together.
No.6 THE COMPLETION
Once all work is done, we offer an additional personalised maintenance document with all maintenance instructions, containing all details of your job from the light switches, to the paint work, etc with maintenance instructions, contact information for relevant services and suppliers, and all their warranties.
We pride ourselves on offering a service which does not stop at the building or designing process, and our maintenance team can offer specially tailored after care packages to suit you.
