Relevant data may also be used and stored by architects and other professionals etc. involved on the project or contract and involved in providing and/or completing services associated with it. In all such cases we will ensure that all external parties shall be GDPR compliant and observe the duty of confidentiality.

We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to help ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by people in the proper performance of their duties.

We shall retain your personal data for the length of time necessary for the purpose for which the personal data is processed. In most cases following the completion of your matter it will be necessary to retain your data for up to 7 year to comply with any contractual and/or statutory obligations including dealing with any complaints or claims that may arise.
